Vichy decree pertaining to the administration of Jewish-owned assets under sequestration

On 5 October 1940, the Vichy government enacted a decree relative to the administration of Jewish-owned assets under a sequestration order. The “Administration de l’Enregistrement, des Domaines et du Timbre” was responsible for their oversight and disposal.
