Valland notification to Germans of the withdrawal of the Schloss claim

Rose Valland informed the Bundesamt für Äussere Restitutionen that, following the transaction concluded under the Brüg law of July 19, 1957 between the Federal Minister of Finance and the Schloss heirs, the matter was viewed as settled and the claims relating to the Schloss collection were withdrawn.
