Roger Dequoy was general manager of Galerie Wildenstein in London, UK before WWII and an important collaborationist art dealer in wartime Paris. Dequoy sought a role in the sale of the Schloss collection before its confiscation. He approached Karl Haberstock with an offer to acquire all or parts of the Schloss collection on his behalf, should he be interested.
