Pieter Roelfsema

Pieter Roelfsema, Mayor of Groningen, owned two paintings painted by Elisabeth Gertrude Wassenberg, “Le visiteur indiscret” (Schloss German no. 236/ French no. 281) and “La consultation” (Schloss German no. 237/ French no. 282).

The paintings were sold in his deceased sale, Groningen, Muller, 22 June 1863, lots 212a and lot 212d respectively.
