Note from Floorisone to OBIP regarding the Rubens restitution

Michel Floorisone informed the director of the OBIP that the Rubens painting “Paysage par temps d’orage” currently hanging at the Musée de Compiègne should be returned to Henry Schloss. This, in spite of the fact that the 78th session of the “Commission de Choix” had already attributed the painting to the Musée de Compiègne.
