Nicolas Beaujon

French art collector and a wealthy banker at the Court of King Louis XV. He had a large and well-known collection of artworks and books. He owned _Bohemian _by Frans Hals (Musée du Louvre) and Hans Holbein’s The ambassadors (National Gallery, London).

Nicolas is mentioned in the provenance of the painting Portrait de famille by Caspar Netscher (Schloss German no. 161/ French no. 188). Sold at his sale on 25 April 1787 in Paris.
