Meeting between von Behr, Lohse, Lefranc and Darquier de Pellepoix regarding Jewish collections

A meeting took place at ERR headquarters at 54, avenue d’Iéna, convened by Kurt von Behr. In attendance were Kurt von Behr, his deputy, Bruno Lohse, Darquier de Pellepoix, the newly-appointed “commissaire-général” of the CGQJ, and Jean-François Lefranc, the recently-appointed administrator of Jewish collections for the CGQJ. Lefranc asserted at this meeting that barely 30% of Jewish collections in France had been uncovered and seized. He expressed his willingness to denounce the locations of the remaining collections in exchange for 20% of the seized objects.
