Torinese wax manufactuerer and art collector. Inherited the art collection of his grandfather Giuseppe Felice Bertalazzone Conte d’Arrache. Ludovico Gaetano Bertalazzone was probably responsible for extending the collection with Italian renaissance paintings. The art collection passed to his nephew Conte Lorenzo Castellani de Varzi.
He is mentioned in the provenance of the painting Vénus tenant Cupidon par la main by Jan Gossaert (Schloss German no. L18/ French no. 86).
