Hart Museum, 24151 Newhall Ave., Newhall, CA 91321; In 1961, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) branched out as a separate institution devoted exclusively to art and in 1965 it opened to the public in its new Wilshire Boulevard location Los Angeles County Museum of Art, 5905 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90036
