The Kunsthalle Bremen is an art museum in Bremen, Germany, which goes back to the 1823 establishment of the Kunstverein Bremen. The Kunsthalle, built in 1849, is operated by the non-profit Bremen Art Society (Kunstverein Bremen), making it the only German museum with an extensive art collection from the 14th to 21st centuries which is still in private ownership.
