Göpel indicated to Voss that separated paintings are in French posession

Göpel notes that it was not possible to hold on to the separated paintings. They are now in French possession. It must be assumed that the matter is stagnating mostly because of transfer problems. He therefore requests that the Reichsleiter be informed and that the issue doesn’t evolve further.
