Edouard Lucas Moreno was a French art dealer working at 28 rue de la Victoire Paris. The ALIU (Art Looting Investigation Unit) placed his name on a list of so-called “red flags,” indicating that the Schenker documents suggest sales to German buyers. The Schenker company was massively involved in the plunder of art.
