Advice to German embassy in Paris from Frenzel regarding Göpel plan for the Schloss collection

Frenzel, Helmut von Hummel’s assistant, notified the German Embassy in Paris that the negotiations over the Schloss collection would follow Dr. Göpel’s 6-point proposal, laid out in a letter to Bormann on April 26, 1943.
