Jean Lorenceau was an art dealer, broker, appraiser and consultant. He opened his gallery in Paris in 1864. In 1921, the Lorenceau gallery merged with Hector Brame’s gallery to form “Brame & Lorenceau Gallery (Galerie Brame & Lorenceau).” For more information, please see: http://www.gbl.fr/galerie_en.html.
