Lucien Kraemer, a native of Alsace, established himself in Paris after the occupation of Alsace by the Prussians. In 1875, he founded Kraemer gallery, which is still located in 43 rue de Monceau, Paris. The oldest invoice kept in the archives of the gallery, bearing the name of Baron Gustave de Rothschild, dates back to 1895. For more information, please see: https://www.kraemer.fr/.
