Louis François de Bourbon was a French nobleman and Prince of Conti from 1727 to his death, following his father, Louis Armand II de Bourbon. He pursued a military career in 1741 by the time the War of the Austrian Succession broke out. In 1746, he was transferred to the Netherlands and retired from his military engagement a year later.
