&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Based on information provided by Darquier de Pellepoix to postwar French authorities and according to the DGER (Bulletin de renseignements No. 4), the Schloss collection was estimated at 2 billion francs before its seizure. It included 329 paintings, 49 of which went to the Louvre. In the report, Liénard/Liénart and Lefranc were identified as responsible for the collection’s disappearance. The DGER reports that Lefranc may have earned as much as 151 million francs.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
